english

Note: English and Engrish are separate tags. Engrish refers specifically to broken or poorly translated English, whereas this tag denotes standard English.

Definition

English is the primary language used on the site for bot descriptions, character definitions, and scenario writing. The vast majority of content hosted here is written in English, making it the default language for both creators and users.

Usage

This tag is automatically applied by the site's language detection system when the primary text of a bot is identified as English. It does not need to be manually added in most cases.

Additional language tags may be applied alongside English when a bot features multiple languages, such as a character who primarily speaks English but occasionally uses Japanese phrases or Spanish terms. In these cases, the secondary language tags should be manually added to accurately reflect the bot's content.
