Definition

Any POV is a scenario tag indicating that a chatbot's scenario and writing are designed to be experienced from any gender perspective. This means the bot avoids using gendered pronouns when referring to the user, does not make assumptions about the user's sex or gender, and the narrative framework is written to accommodate participants of any gender.

Posts with this tag are written to be universally accessible, typically achieved through the use of gender-neutral language, second person perspective without physical gender descriptors, or by having the bot ask the user to define their gender at the start of the interaction.

Usage

Apply this tag to any post where the bot is written to accommodate users of any gender. This is a mutually exclusive category, meaning only one POV tag may be present on a post at any given time. Do not use this tag alongside malepov or fempov.

This tag should be considered the default POV tag for bots that do not specify a user gender. Bots that include optional gender selection prompts or character creation elements that allow the user to define their gender should be tagged as anypov rather than being assigned a specific POV tag. If a bot's writing occasionally slips into gendered language but makes no consistent assumption about the user's gender, anypov is still the appropriate tag.
