cute

Definition

Cute is a broad aesthetic and character trait tag that encompasses characters, designs, or scenarios that evoke feelings of endearment, charm, and innocence. This tag applies to the overall theme and presentation of a character rather than a single specific attribute.

Characters tagged as cute often feature soft or rounded design elements, gentle expressions, small or petite proportions, and an overall non-threatening demeanor. The concept of cuteness is subjective but generally aligns with traits that inspire a protective or affectionate response, such as clumsiness, shyness, or childlike wonder. Common visual cues include large eyes, blushing cheeks, and soft color palettes.

Usage

Apply this tag when the character or bot as a whole is designed around a cute aesthetic or personality. This includes characters whose primary appeal is their endearing nature, regardless of whether they are depicted in innocent or more mature scenarios. A character can be tagged as cute even if the post contains explicit content, provided the character's core design and personality retain their charming qualities.

For characters who specifically speak in a cutesy manner, such as using third person speech, honorifics, or softened sentence endings, use cute_speech_pattern in addition to this tag. The cute_speech_pattern tag refers specifically to how a character talks, whereas the base cute tag covers the broader character theme and visual design.
