old man

Definition

old_man refers to an elderly male character who falls roughly within the age range of 56 years old or older, with an emphasis on advanced age and seniority.

This tag serves as a neutral baseline age descriptor for search, blacklisting, and filtering. It denotes advanced age without being mutually exclusive with specific relational roles or tropes.

Usage

Apply this tag when a character is an elderly male (approx. 56+ years old) or clearly portrayed within this general age range.

Cross-Tagging:

• If the character has also fathered children, use in conjunction with DILF.

• If the character is the user's father or grandfather, use in conjunction with father or grandfather as appropriate.

When NOT to use:

• Do not use this tag for adult or middle-aged male characters under 56; use older_male instead.

• Do not use this tag for younger adult or teenage male characters; use appropriate age tags instead.
